# Federal Reserve Chairmen Summary::Table of Fed Chairmen from August 10, 1914 through February 1, 2006. There been a number of Chairmen since the inception of the Federal Reserve system. Depending on the measure some of been okay in some a bit horrible. Criticism of the Federal Reserve system, however, should be directed at the system and not the Chairmen.
