Bile is a secretion created in the #liver, helping to decompose the food in the #stomach. Melancholy is on of the four humors that we have inside and created us. The fifth #humor is #psychology, related to the #soul. It comes from "neuma" that is related to the #breath and #lungs. The psychology of our humor embraces everyone of our humors in our body and by that, bile is called melancholy. If the bile is processing the food for absorption, the perception of the soul is that **we cannot process the things we are living, which is then melancholy.** This is how a biological aspect becomes a psychological concept. We have food, eat it, it goes through the #digestive_system and in the stomach, the bile from the liver will decompose the food and the #hormones take the nutrients to the #cell. What is not of use, will go as pee or poo. Psychologically and emotionally, what goes into my #body i try to process and understand each part of it, assimilate each nutrient of the situation for myself and cannot take from that i just give away and the rest becomes part of me by becoming #wisdom. **Melancholy comes when i try to process information that i don't want to have changed and transformed.** But when you eat something, it has to be transformed - everything that comes to you will leave you in a different form! We usually relate melancholy with the concept of crying and being sad. But it's different, it is trying to live in the #past, even when the past has changed. Like someone still living in the 70s even when its the 2020s. In some way, we are all melancholic, even when we have fun. >[!attention] Melancholy is related to not being able to process that things have changed. It happens to all of us that we attach to shapes and forms. When we see something good and beautiful, you want to have it as it is forever, not willing to let it change. This is a matter of #culture too. >[!example] Buddhist mandalas in #buddhism the munchs often make beautiful mandalas, just to erase them when done. We love to have that living, but their practice is to not attach to the things. **Nothing is forever, everything just for the here and now**. We need to practice this in our lives and to let it go. Your life transforms anyway when you die. But death is not the end of anything, it is just the continuation of life, its only a change, but life keeps going on. Whatever you perceive, #feel, want and felt to be good in your life, you create in the #mind of #4D when after you died (in 3D). You will be trapped in your melancholy. All people who have not been taught to be #free, continue to live in the lower #astral_planes in 4D, living a life that does not belong to them anymore. So the 4D astral realm is full of spirits from people we like to call as #ghost. **Ghosts are melancholic people!** >[!info] All beings in the 4D are melancholic - they may be happy of sad, but all of them live their lives as if they are not dead. >But they live in a dimension where #transformation does not exist, so they are trapped in a place with no change, living constantly the same! For them it is easier to be born again into #3D, than to go into the light. _For a moment let's forget that 4D beings may be our dead loved ones and we are the ones living_ >[!example] Sun and Dimensions >Imagine a ball with #gravity, that is bending #time and #space. Like the sun that attracts the planets by gravity.[^1] If we relate the dimensions with the #solar_system, the sun would be the 3D. 4D is #Mercury, #5D is #Venus, #6D is #Earth, #7D Mars, #8D Jupiter, #9D Saturn. >If we, the sun, would leave our dimension like a sun storm, the first planet we approach is Mercury, then Venus and Earth. Mercury is also the first one that reflects the light back to the sun, as it is the closest. >**So all beings in 4D are more likely to come back to the sun (3D) than to higher dimensions, because it is easier!** So by gravity everything in other dimensions is constantly coming back. This day is related to the #Solar_Plexus, which is the point of gravity in our body. It nourishes the #liver, #pancreas, #stomach. All organs are attracted by the plexus. Related to the solar plexus, all the energies are attracted by it! From there we have all the links to the people we relate, no matter if they are alive or dead, through all the dimensions! All my ancestors, through history, connect to me through emotions in the solar plexus! My #organ around the solar plexus are my #anchor in #matter, so all the people i relate to through my #tree_of_life, are anchored through my solar plexus to these organs! In the 4D there are hundreds of being that fall down in a spiral towards my solar plexus, so to say. The solar plexus is also related to the #IAM. The reason why i cannot connect with my own self is because i am trying to be all the other beings that are trying to live through me - my ancestors, living through my body. >[!question] How can i set myself free from that, and how can i help the others to set themselves free? Why are they not moving to 5D and keep coming here? They are not moving to 5D because of the "_good old times_" and "_better its bad but you know it than something you don't know_". So they rather stay whith what they know than stepping into the unknown. We don't have to help them! We work with the "I AM", so **when I AM, they are also myself, we don't have to help them as we have to help ourselves**! To set myself free! As they are connecting to me through the solar plexus, when i set myself free, they become free as i nourish them with #freedom. **When i find #enlightenment, i enlight them as they see my light!** >[!attention] To be free is to be able to be, without anybody telling my what i should be. That does not mean we should not help those beings. Some came with the gift to help those souls, it's their mission in life. But if you work just for the self, it is not your job. Of course the responsibility is also for our ancestors, as they are us. _A question came up if its ok to charge for this. Of course it is, as it is a job like any other job on earth. Its ok to exchange your gift with energy._ There is a difference between "work" and "service" - when you #work, you do a job for someone else, as you are asked for it. You use your time for the demand of someone else.
