### Organic molecules and the evolution of feeding
The previous day (see below) we understood that atoms create #molecules, where the structure holds the #energy and saves it. This is for inorganic molecules like crystals, or minerals - everything that is rigid.
On the other hand there are molecules where the atoms are related with the exchange of energy, that means the loss and to earning of energy. The structure then transforms permanently to different forms, trying to earn more energy, because by the transformation they lose energy. This is the concept of the #organism, the organic molecules, which move and transform constantly. #Organic structure, as losing energy by their transformations, need to look for energy permanently to stay in #balance.
"Looking for energy" in the atomic level is to look for the opposite charge, to create energy. The #proton looks for #electron, to achieve balance by searching for the energy outside. By evolution, this process evolved into other ways to look for energy, like #photosynthesis in the plant realm, the #plant is eaten by animals, who are also eaten by others. This exchange of energy is what we call feeding.
### Feeding
The concept of feeding (or eating) is to help something to grow. The origin is "fodian", meaning to give energy to grow. When you receive energy a #cell can divide, starting to expand.

The organic system is constantly looking for energy in the outside that can fill up the empty space and gap i have because of the laws of the energy during the process of transformation. Feeding is filling up an empty space.
**We can see the concept of feeding through the three levels: conscious, unconscious and subconscious.** They are related to the concept of emotion, because emotion is energy. **An #Emotion is the electrical pulse created by the reaction that is happening outside**. The pulses of energy that we receive from the outside are seen by our brains as emotion, but its energy.
>[!info] We relate everything with energy, so food is energy, so we relate food with emotion.
Every food in our life is related with something emotional.
If i eat a sandwich, my cells remember my first one ... all situations related to sandwiches. Thus we relate the #pancreas (creating #hormones, glucose) with the #plexus that is related with emotions, the bonds and feelings we have with others.
#### Subconscious Feeding
The #subconscious is like a #library, where all information of #humanity is stored through the process of living. The whole #history has be stored in this registry that we all share and that is in our body. All experiences of every minute has been registered in our cells, so a lot of information is encoded since the very beginning of our humanity. In the beginning we were small families, being easy prey for predators, we were nomads running around looking for food. We followed the animals as there was no agriculture yet. Humans survived by eating meat, it was the foundation of survival. The animals also gave us their skin for clothing, bones for tools ... not only food. In our subconscious we thus relate meat with #survival, we relate eating animals with being fine. Today, where we buy food in supermarkets, we can eat a lot more and vegetables. We still eat meat, even when seen from the point of view of #spirituality it's not good, because it is encoded in our cells and #digestive_system. It is in our subconscious, and it is telling us that we need to feed ourselves for survival!
#### Unconscious Feeding
This relates to #society. The #civilisation created #culture and #security. There was more food and people could exchange food. So it was easier, everyone could have more. So it was no longer just survival, but sharing. We know this "eat up what you have on your plate", so we had to make the parents happy 🤷♂️. This created a bond with food that is more emotional than to survival - we related food with family and friends, invited each other ... by eating we felt part of the group. Sharing the meals is a sign for peace between cultures, a sign of trust.

#### Conscious Feeding
Here you realize that you don't eat to survive any longer, you don't live to eat and you also don't have the need to be accepted by a group. It is about taking care of yourself and what is good for you, no matter what culture says. You would not need meat anymore because meat is a heavy energy - to feel lighter, you eat more vegetables. You change the relation to the energy you bring in.
>[!info] In the #conscious approach to food, you are focusing on the energy of the food you eat.
>It is more a sharing of energy than storing the energy.
>[!question] What is the best way of eating?
There is no best way, there is an individual way for each person. Everyone needs something different, you need to be aware and conscious what and from where you are eating.
**When you are conscious about the way you eat, you start to listen to your body.**
That means sometimes the body would need meat and then you should not feel guilty for it. **Never eat something and feel guilty - be responsible for what you eat, but don't involve #guilt**. The cells don't understand #moral or spirituality - cells understand _energy_. If they need meat, the body will probably need it. Be #responsible the way you eat and you can start to change the way you eat, it is a (long) process, so that the body can adapt. For thousands of years we ate things like meat, we cannot undo that so easily.
Acknowledge, why you are addicted to something. The cells addict to energy, so go to the origin of that - that's also for other behaviour, like smoking. Sometimes the cells ask for things that are not good for them - find out why you are eating/doing this and that. Slowly you can change the way you absorb the energy.
### Veganism
**_Veganism_ is not a way of eating, it's a way of living**, to protect the rights of the animals. It's not a diet, it's a philosophy. It will be the way the way of living for many countries in the future. But in the present it's a new concept. Someday in future people will relate our way of treating animals the same level as the holocaust.
But vegans should not be racists: #fascism is when a culture tries to be superior than others, blaming the others and try to make them disappear because they think they are better. What we should do is _educate_, not impose a culture. We need to make people understand veganism, not to hate it, but to love it. We need vegan teachers, not vegan fighters!
### Fasting
It's a tool to transform your body, to regenerate the potentials of your own cells. We can see our cells like people i society, and we are a consuming society. The cells do the same, constantly eating as we do in society. The only way to relax and stop consuming is to allow the potential of the cell to express itself by relaxing and stop consuming.
Fasting gives the cells a break in their transformation.
Important is to adapt to fasting, not start it immediately, step by step.
Don’t try to be a _pranic_ person, those are the people who eat the energy of the #environment (the light), the best light to absorb is the sunrise and sunset. But this is not a goal, even when it's good to accomplish that.
