#month_Leo #month_emotional #throat_chakra #daily_alignment The throat chakra is related to #coherence on the emotional level. >[!attention] We align what we are thinking, feeling and doing. The #throat connects the #mind, #body and #soul. In order to be balanced in what i feel, think and do, what i express, is the "creative word", the word that creates. **To create with my word, i need to relate in balance what i believe and #feel and do.** So we need to clean the throat. It is one of the hardest things for us to find the balance in what i feel and what i think. Balancing the throat chakra is balance ourselves! Everything i have in coherence with myself tries to be balanced through my throat. We have two types of coherence: the _internal_ and the _external_. It is like a #cross - the internal is the vertical axis, the external the horizontal axis. Horizontal coherence is when i feel connected with everyone surrounding me. The vertical one connects the three parts of my own self, which is the #spiritual (soul), and the #physical (body) and the #mental (mind). >[!note] Horizontal and vertical coherence When i am only coherent horizontally, i am imitating the others. Then i have lost my own #essence. When i am only vertically aligned, i would be aligned with my own coherence, but i would be alone and selfish. **We need to have balance between both axis!** When i do my alignment, i recognize my own #potential, my own weakness, i recognize my own essence. When i download that into my horizontal coherence, i put myself in service for the others. **But before we can be in service for others, i need to be in service for myself!** Otherwise i would just imitate others. So before going out and be in service for others, we need to find our job (vertical coherence) - to mold the rock, to find the purpose and essence. **_The alignment is not just meditating. It is to prepare for work for society in the future.
