Queen Frances has served as Monarch since 2071. ____ ![[Royal Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Frances.webp]] Official Royal Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Frances and His Royal Highness Farley ____ In her first address to the queendom, she stated her priorities as monarch were to establish a robust quality public education system, to protect the environment, and bring the queendom out onto the international stage.  Her highlights as queen include - Environmental - Issuing a right to roam prolocation which allows individuals to enjoy the outdoors on any land not used for agricultural purposes so long as they do not live on the land owned by someone else or hurt the land in any way.  - Banning all single use plastic and styrofoam products and has tasking our confederations best scientists with creating compostable single-use replacements made from turnip.  - Pubic Education - Creating a division of education in the monarchy who is tasked with developing curriculum for schools.  - Allocating funds so all students can attend school for free from age 5-18.  - Legislative Reform - Instituting an informational election, where every individual aged 16 or higher in a canton whose representative’s term will expire can cast a ballot stating if they wish for the current representative to be reappointed to another term. The vote is nonbinding and serves only in an informational manner to help the queen make her decision.  - International Relations - Attending the confederation’s first ever UhN meeting and developing strong international relationships.
