Abbathor is generally regarded as a wicked god, and places greed and treasure above all else. While he does not have a good relationship with the rest of the dwarvish pantheon, he can sometimes be found working with [[Vergadain]] on some scheme. He holds no love for [[Moradin]], instead following the elder deity with grudging comments and snarky attitude. He is perhaps the most nuanced figure in the dwarish pantheon; something of an antagonist, he represents the interests and values of dwarvish culture that make dwarves the pinnacle of innovators and creators in all of [[Toril]], but also sometimes inspire them to dig too deep, to pursue invention for its own sake despite the potential for damage or evil. #God/OP/Canon
