### Xerberus Governance: Balancing Transparency and Efficiency
Governance is one of the most challenging and crucial aspects for Xerberus to address over the long term.
Currently, our vision for Xerberus governance is to blend elements from various existing governance systems. The primary challenge lies in optimizing for seemingly opposing values, such as transparency and efficiency.
Xerberus is committed to a **liquid democracy** approach to appoint a board of three Managing Members. Each member will have a single vote, enabling them to make timely decisions. This structure allows for community input without requiring every member to review and form opinions on lengthy proposals.
The arrangement of three equal Managing Members also prevents deadlock, as all members are required to vote, ensuring that a decision is always reached.
Additionally, Xerberus will implement a flexible network organization model, creating **liquidity teams** that can work adaptively on projects the DAO prioritizes. This structure promotes efficiency and agility in addressing the DAO’s evolving goals.
