# Saori Saoris, also called Souris, Saolis, or Soulis are one of the [[Vigilant Watchers]]'s of [[Spring (god)|Spring]]. There are 14 Saoris each named, [[Myrica]], [[Sabia]], [[Daphne]], [[Ficus]], [[Iris]], [[Maackia]], [[Lythrum]], [[Thymus]], [[Ribes]], [[Abelia]], [[Sedum]], [[Felicia]], [[Ochna]], [[Lychnis]]. Among them Myrica and Sabia are the head of the Saoris. #### Appearance Saoris are all female, with a tendril forming out from the nape and the heart, and connecting at a sphere which slits open to be an eye called the *Third Eye*. Myrica's and Sabia's are special among the other Saoris. Myrica's third eye have 2 pupil, and Sabia's third eye are sewn closed. Every Saori have a form of blindsight as they do not possess the ability to open their eyes (beside their third eye), yet still can perceive and have sight. #### Behavior Saoris are never sighted by themselves, they are always companied by, or more accurately accompanying the [[Leyline]]. Either during its final mature and flowering stage, or if a sprout or youngling had been harmed by mortals intentional or not. When a leyline is harmed, a Saori will appear and confront the person who harmed it. Often not even saying a word but give enough time for the person to acknowledge her presences before transporting them into the wild far away from civilization and be left to nature's mercy. During the rare instance that a leyline was grown into maturity, the Saoris would that the flowered plant and gift it to the mortals.
