Trump's second term executive actions conducted on U.S. soil:

Trump pardons multiple Oath Keepers and Proud Boys members who stormed the capitol on January 6, 2021.

These members were charged and convicted with coordinating to use force to prevent the peaceful transition of power from Donald Trump to Joe Biden after Trump lost the 2020 election to Biden.

Dominic Pezzola, one of the members pardoned, stole a Capitol Police riot shield from an officer, and used that riot shield to break a Capitol grounds window that allowed other insurrectionists to finally enter the Capitol.

These members also coordinated to have a QRF (Quick Reaction Force) team stationed just outside Washington D.C. with weapons intended to support their plot to stop the lawful transfer of power.

Trump rescinds Biden's Executive Order 14087, which aimed to lower prescription drug prices. This program prompted the HHS to develop models to improve drug affordability, including a $2 drug list model.

Trump signs Executive Order that orders his departments to not recognize certain children born in the United States as citizens. The order adopts an interpretation of "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" that is not represented in any notable Supreme Court case laws.

Trump pardoned two former D.C. police officers who were unanimously found guilty and convicted for their direct involvement in the 2020 death of a 20 year old black man named Karon Hylton-Brown. They pursued Hylton-Brown in an unauthorized chase (in an unmarked police vehicle) that led to his death in a car crash. The officers took significant steps to cover up the scene, including turning off their body cams, choosing to not preserve the crash scene, choosing to not contact the appropriate departments about the scene, lying to their commanding officer about their involvement in the incident, lying about Hylton-Brown being intoxicated, and lying on their official police report.

Public Statements

Notable public statements made by Trump in his second term:

Trump explicity stated he would condition wildfire aid to Los Angeles on whether California adopts voter ID laws that he politically supports. (California residents cannot register to vote without a valid State ID, Drivers Licence, or SSN. If they cannot provide these when registering to vote, they will need to show a valid form of ID when voting in person for the first time).

Trump politicized a tragic accident, stating that DEI policies may have contributed to the mid-air collision of American Eagle Flight 5342 and a military UH-60L helicopter in Washington D.C. Trump did not produce any evidence for this claim, and no available research links DEI policies in aviation to accidents in aviation, yet called it "common sense".
