It can send drugs into a person’s muscles or circulatory system. The ultra-strong monomolecular tip of the hypospray gets through almost any material, allowing it to affect targets wearing heavy armor. Unless it is used with an injection hack or you have the hypospray warrior feat, it can only be used on a willing subject or a subject that is otherwise helpless, immobilized, or unaware.
