**WELCOME TO SENSAI!**
SENSAI is an interactive tool that maps the attitudes of five stakeholder groups towards AI-based contactless sensors (AI-CS) in health.
# What is SENSAI?
Contact is central to health and medicine. The rapid rise of AI-based contactless sensors (AI-CS) is expected to significantly change the way the body is measured. Sensor technologies have emerged as a versatile tool for non-invasive, contactless data collection and health monitoring.
While research on these systems is already underway in many medical settings, little is known about attitudes towards, and the ethical and social implications of their use. To address this, we conducted a semi-structured qualitative interview study with 104 participants between August 2022 and April 2023:
- **Patients** (n=22; abbreviated with **P**)
- **Healthcare professionals** (n=23; abbreviated with **H**)
- **Researchers** (n=25; abbreviated with **R**)
- **Policy stakeholders** (n=8; abbreviated with **PS**)
- **General public members** (n=26; abbreviated with **G**)
Using the three-component model of attitudes - feelings, thoughts and behavioural aspects – we analysed their perspectives on AI-CS in health.
# How to use SENSAI?
Here’s how you can explore our research within SENSAI:
1. **Attitudes**: Interested in specific values, opportunities, or feelings? Select [[Attitudes]] to systematically explore different emotional, cognitive, and behavioural dimensions, along with their sub-categories.
2. **Text**: Dive into our research findings by selecting [[Text]]. Here, you can read the main text and click on individual quotes for more details.
3. **Stakeholders**: Curious about the perspectives of a particular group? Select [[00 - Query by Stakeholder|Query by Stakeholder]] to view the attitudes of specific groups like patients, healthcare professionals, or others.
4. **Interviews**: If you found a quote intriguing and want to read more from that participant, select [[00 - Query by Interviews|Query by Interviews]].
5. **Graph-View**: You can explore SENSAI by using the local graph view in the top right corner.
