Upon attaining Levels 2 through 9, your new maximum HP are determined in this way: grab dice with the appropriate number of sides for your character class. For each level you have attained, you'll need one die. Roll all the dice and total them. For each die rolled, be sure to add bonus HP due to high Constitution (or to subtract if you have a low Constitution that yields a penalty to HP). If the total is greater than your previous max HP, it becomes your new max HP. Otherwise, add a single hit point to your max HP.
