When we learn something, it is forgotten at an exponential rate, revisiting it at the right intervals effectively flattens the curve and allows information to sink into long term memory. It’s the system used by Anki. You see a card. If you know it, you won’t see it soon. If you don’t you’ll see it more frequently.
