I share it not out of duty, but from intent. This is my garden I’m not curating it for others; I maintain these placeholders simply to keep track of what might grow next. It’s not a beautiful garden. It’s as unruly as a garden can be: part English, part German, scattered with drafts, raw thoughts, and always in flux. Just translate the parts you do not understand into your language. What matters is not the words themselves, but the **power of the idea**. Yet it is a digital garden: a space where ideas take root, where perspectives are tested, questions are asked in earnest, and the slow work of making sense unfolds >“Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny.” ― Lao Tzu By treating Sandtesting as a framework and as a tool, we can begin to shape the way we see the world consciously, deliberately. And isn’t that what good testing ultimately is? A disciplined shift in perspective to bring into focus what typically remains overlooked. --- ## “Toto, I’ve a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore.” Sandtesting is not just demanding, it is **deliberately difficult**. The testing I do does not aim for ease, but for insight and insight is hard to gain. Our world is growing more complex by the minute. Systems are more entangled, consequences less predictable, and clarity increasingly rare. Studying computer science is becoming increasingly demanding, not because the fundamentals have changed, **but** because the systems built on them have grown exponentially in scale, interdependence and unpredictability. To navigate this, technical skill alone is no longer enough. What’s needed is the ability to think critically, model uncertainty and reason across abstraction layers, exactly the kind of competence Sandtesting is designed to cultivate. In such an environment, testing cannot remain simple.
