Topics: - Getting started + teachers - Chinese medicine + taoism - Various relationships and customizing the practices over time - Results for longevity and youthfulness "I became interested in the topic of longevity after reading seeing the movie "Lost Horizons", based on a book about the land of Shangri-La. This idea has stayed with me throughout my life and I have made it a personal study and practice. My parents had political connections, and one of their friends, Barbara Walters, gave me a Chinese Tsubo doll during her trip to China with Nixon. The doll was a rubber acupuncture doll with three needles in a Lucite block. I played with the doll as a child and became fascinated with Chinese medicine. Although I went to art college, I later pursued Chinese medicine. I practiced yoga and meditation while studying Taoist female cultivation with Manawan Chia at the New York Open Center. One of my acupuncture teachers, Stephen Chang, who wrote "The Tao of Sexology," also taught me. My personal acupuncturist, Dr. Chen, was mentioned in the prologue or introduction of "The Sexual Teachings of the White Tigress." Both Dr. Chen and Stephen Chang introduced me to qigong, which I started practicing. I also learned tai chi from a well-known teacher named Da Liu, who was a student of a famous Taoist practitioner who was said to be 256 years old. I was a ballet dancer, and my hormones were very messed up from being very thin and I was always trying to bring on a menstrual cycle. I tried a series of things involving, for example, bathing in specific Chinese herbs, etc. One reason why I agreed to this practice in the first place was to normalize my hormones. About White Tigress: At first, I was uncomfortable with the practice due to shame and didn't tell anyone. However, I was eager to learn because I was studying Chinese medicine and Taoist philosophy. My teacher instructed me to remain celibate but allowed me to learn oral techniques. I later married my diagnosis teacher who was also in the same field. His best friend was a Taoist practitioner who may have learned from Mantak Chia for many years. My ex-husband brought me a system that included the jade egg, weights, and silk cloth from Mantak Chia's. I practiced this system on my own. After my divorce, I met a man who introduced me to Tantra. He promised me an intense awakening experience, which I had. I shared my interests with him, but our relationship was more focused on Tantra than WT. Sadly, he passed away. Later, I met someone in San Francisco who was open to my interests and encouraged me to teach it. I searched online but couldn't find many women doing what I do. I want simplify Taoist practices. My ex-boyfriend once complimented me on my methodical approach. He was impressed with my techniques but I didn't reveal where I learned them. Nowadays, I keep my interests private and don't share them with men I meet. It can be a lonely road. I am often met with surprise when I demonstrate my abilities to others. Many do not know how to react and often try to pass me off to other men. They express a desire for others to experience what I can do. I explain that it is all a state of mind and while there are techniques to learn, it ultimately comes down to mental preparation. I haven't seen many Taoist-oriented sites, which I think would be better [for Tigresses to find dragons]. I am an introvert and acknowledge that this path can be lonely. The book discusses immortality, I believe (and am proof) that delaying aging is possible. I want to talk about anti-aging and longevity. It's not just about one practice, but rather an all-inclusive lifestyle. I was lucky enough to have been raised without medications or chemicalized food, which is a big part of it. Diet and exercise are crucial, as well as meditation. It's important to remember that anti-aging comes from both internal and external factors. It's a multifaceted approach that needs to be discussed in more depth. I've been very private about this, but now I want to start sharing my knowledge with the public. I don't mind showing my face and being visible. Most people seem to be shy about it, but I don't understand why. If you're doing something that works, you should show people. The book suggests that you don't have to follow the whole system, just use the parts that work for you. For example, I don't have any gray hairs or wrinkles. I'm not doing anything special, and I'm not dating a lot of men. I'm very selective about who I see. I am selective about who I engage with sexually. My youthfulness is due to my own inner alchemical practices. I can explain this more in a live interview where I discuss male vs female Taoist sexual cultivation. Male Taoist practitioners understand the value of their seed. I have learned to extract a man's chi with fewer steps for internal illumination. It's like being a vampire, in a way. It's done in person orally. There are fewer steps, so it goes faster. It's more of a system for me, so I don't even have to think about it anymore. Most women will need to be taught the steps. I'm referring to the lantern experience mentioned in the book. I know how to get there quickly and easily. It's called "illumination". I experienced it with my late husband. Chinese medicine and Taoism have strict ancient systems, but most women want more than just oral sex. A friend noticed my expertise and suggested I start teaching it. I was surprised, but intrigued. He encouraged me to get my knowledge out there, and now we're here. I'm excited to share my knowledge and drum up excitement. It's important to be out in nature every day, and I'll share more about this later. I will discuss diet, lifestyle, supplements, and herbs because that's how I live my life." R: "I'm excited to focus on real solutions for women for youthfulness and longevity--beyond creams and surgery. Things that really help."
