Isaiah had seen the coming glory of Messiah and spoken of it. Many Jewish leaders did believe in Jesus as Messiah during His lifetime. They too had seen God's glory reflected in the Nazarene carpenter. But they, unlike Isaiah, did not speak of it, because they were afraid of the Pharisees. Though fear triggered their fall, love caused it. They loved man's glory (approval and praise), more than God's glory. Scripture: [[John 12#^7fd217]] %%John 12:35-43%% Outbound Jot: [[We did not believe]] Inbound Jot: [[Doing well for yourself]] #jot
