# Welcome Hello, and welcome to ProjectLib. ProjectLib serves to function as a database of critical United States political issues, the facts behind them, and what objective conclusions can be drawn from them. Currently, there is a literal war on the concept of truth itself. As much as I hate to make this partisan, the war on truth is itself a partisan issue. Objectively, the aggressors in this war are conservatives. The American right (conservatives, republicans, MAGA, etc) have gone on a mass disinformation campaign over the last decade and MAGA is the result of that disinformation. Examples of clear disinformation are the Dominion lawsuit again Fox News, corrupt politicians and pundits covering for Trump after January 6th, and those who continue to cover for the Trump administration, despite their blatant lies as of 2026. While Democrats do get things wrong from time to time, it is important to not fall into "battered wife syndrome." Imagine a husband comes home, his wife made food, but it's cold. He then proceeds to mercilessly beat her. While ideally food prepared for us isn't cold, claiming "both sides" did something wrong is an abomination to the situation. Do Democrats mess up from time to time? Sure; take Hillary's emails for example. Fox News and Russia certainly did. But have Democrats attempted to overthrow the peaceful transfer of power and incite a violent insurrection on the world's most powerful nation in the history of all mankind? Nope. There is no legitimate "both sides" argument. As this is purely a one sided issue, I must be partisan. If you feel this is problematic; a wise, cunning grifter once stated, "facts don't care about your feelings." ProjectLib will cite all needed claims with appropriate sources. Please, feel free to investigate these claims and sources. As I, Ethan Alexander, am the sole architect behind ProjectLib, I will be covering the most important political issues that have the most disinformation around them, and this will take time. Much work is needed to be done.
