Use the codes below and contact the hotels directly by phone or email.== # Hotel Recommendations for 2025 Procrastination Research Conference In order to keep the conference costs to a minimum, we are using Utrecht University facilities (out of term) for our meetings, and so we won't be in a conference hotel. The city of Utrecht has a wide range of hotels, but they are mostly small- to mid-size. Plus it's also a popular destination. So I would recommend booking early. Utrecht University has several arrangements with several 3- and 4-star hotels, which offers a discount to participants at university-organized events. You'll need to phone or email them to make the reservation; make sure to mention that you are participating in a Utrecht-University-organized conference, and provide the discount code listed below. The conference sessions on Thursday and Friday are located at the Utrecht Science Park, which is a 10-15 minute tram/bus ride from the Central Station. The historic center is situated east of the central station, and most everything can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The Utrecht Centraal station area has undergone a massive renovation recently, and there are numerous modern hotels that have been established as part of that development. That is certainly a very convenient option.
