## website relaunch
Happy with moving my website from Squarespace to Obsidian Publish. It was good to explore online selling through Squarespace, but it's not for me yet. I still need to build up my style and network to make online selling a viable option.
## applying to be a maker in WOAP Makers and Shakers
Last year, Wellington on a Plate featured an event called [Makers and Shakers](https://visawoap.com/venue/cgr-merchant-co/6077) where cocktails are served in a piece of pottery made by a member of the Wellington Potters' Association. I have entered my expression of interest to be one of the makers for this year's event.
## home studio reorganising
Needed to tidy up the hallway where I have some of my pottery work. Living in a small space I have had to rearrange areas to suit my needs. I'm pleased with the arrangement in the hallway where I have my drying shelves with ware boards, and a cubbies for pieces that are finished. This is one of three areas of my home studio. Outside by the front door is the wheel throwing and glazing area, then this in the hallway, then my handbuilding area in the lounge. It would be nice to have a studio in one space, but now is not the time.

## custom work
I redesigned the flat white cups for the local cafe, and they are happy with it. The glaze I used for this is called [Tūi](https://glazy.org/recipes/428727), a glaze recipe created by the talented Hamish Tildesley who creates the glazes used at KMC studio.

## market days
Preparing things for the upcoming Nostalgia Market this Saturday (5 April). It's a small indoor market that Jaime and I started vending at since October last year. It's another one of those things that we do together. For this upcoming one we will even be able to take card payment as we try out Shopify's POS (Point of Sale).
