## The National AI Center and ABC Intelligence
The National AI Center, with its focus on harnessing the power of AI for Indonesia's benefit, will strategically utilize the concepts of Artificial (AI), Behavioral (BI), and Cultural/Collective intelligence (CI). Here's a breakdown of this approach:
|Intelligence Type|Function|National AI Center's Application|
|---|---|---|
|**Artificial Intelligence (AI)**|Solves problems and makes decisions based on data and logic.|Develop machine learning models for tasks like image recognition, medical diagnosis, and fraud detection.|
|**Behavioral Intelligence (BI)**|Analyzes agent and agency interactions to understand behavior.|Analyze user and organizational interactions with published data to improve the Science of Governance.|

# First Official Meeting
- [[2024-04-26]], I was at Pak Luhut's office presenting the [[National AI Center Proposal - Draft 7.pdf|seventh draft]] and the [[NationalAICenter_2024_04_26.pdf|one pager]]:
- I was asked to summarize [[AI Center Meeting 01|this meeting]] and present it again soon.
# Summary
The Bali-based National AI Center represents a bold investment in Indonesia's future. With government backing, we can unlock the power of AI to shape a more prosperous, equitable, and sustainable nation.
# Epilog
I wrote the proposal to emphasize how to progressively manage all computing resources in a technical methodology, and a program that links data with physical realities and social programs, so that independent of what level of computing power are available, we will have a meaningful program to run.
The notion of [[Unified Configuration Management]] is a way to keep information symmetries across time and space so that it will be a data-driven mechanism to manage knowledge assets at large. This is relevant to any university because all universities must be challenged by the fact that knowledge is being freed by interactive AI systems. However, without a program to guide people to use these resources consistently and progressively, it is already creating a tremendous knowledge gap across the ones who are closer to AI and those who do not. Moreover, even if anyone temporarily takes the lead, they may soon be locked into a transient paradigm. I wrote the proposal to show that by focusing on the technical approaches to [[Upgradability]], [[Reproducibility]], and [[Scalability]], we can hold onto the scientific foundation of managing data assets. These abstract requirements already have concrete tools and intuitive tutorials to guide people to use AI-powered tools. We can be the first institution to teach this through [[GASing]]. Making AI tools Easy to Upgrade, Fun to Reproduce as a learning game, and Enjoyable when systems scale up for more people to use collectively.
