# Habits ## 📓Notes Habits are all about creating routines that are easy to maintain, that generates [[Momentum]] and have a [[Compounding]] effect on our lives. When we have good habits in place, we can [[Trust the Process]] to lead us to our goals while focusing only on the next step/iteration. ### How Habit Forms 1. [[Habit formation]] - through repeated actions that are fit for automation. ### How to Maintain a Habit In general, follow these rules: 1. Make it short - [[5 minute rule]] (or at least commit only to short periods) ### Examples of Habits 1.
