Traditionally handsome and athletic build. Takes very good care of himself through diet and exercise as well as happening to be gifted with a great metabolism. Typically is put together and well dressed; loathes to be caught underdressed or out of fashion. Biography/History: Born and raised in a remnant Mormon town. His father, not often an emotional man, had high hopes for Percival as his most focused seeming son up to the age of thirteen or so. Despite his interest in some things such as sewing, clothes, and art, it was hoped that he would grow out of it upon hitting puberty and beginning to seek out girls. When he was sent home early for being caught kissing a boy in the sports shed of a summer camp he’d been sent to he was quickly turned into the family’s most embarrassing member. His family, otherwise known for their well behaved children, were shunned and it was only through a tiny shred of mercy from the town’s mayor were they allowed to regain some image. Percival was given the order to assist Mayor Joseph with anything and everything that he was asked.  Upon reaching the age of twenty-one he was introduced to Abygail Mills, a woman from a nearby, but not too familiar town. She was all-but arranged to be married to him and he had little room to argue with his father and mothers’ orders: embarrassing the family would mean worse than simply being disowned. Abygail, oblivious to his feelings towards women and hoping that he was simply a chaste man tried to form a relationship with him during their short engagement. She grew wary as they neared the day, but again hoped that he would come around. His relationship with his siblings was tenuous, his support system was nonexistent, and he simply had to go along with it while beginning his plan to leave the day before his wedding; a man who was passing through town informed him of “Las Vegas”, a place of freedom and wonders. The night of their marriage Percy made an attempt to leave by claiming he wanted to go purchase a gift for Abygail in town; he was stopped by Mayor Joseph and his sons and returned to his home three days later after being found hiding out in an abandoned office, hoping that people wouldn’t find his sports car in the loading docks. Abygail, realizing that he was not gaining interest in her, was given his secret by another girl who they had attempted to set him up with; aware that he was gay she became distant and asked if he would split off the marriage. The two of them attempted, but were denied the option and given the condition that they must consummate the marriage before it can be broken to see if it would fix him. Silently the two both agreed that they wanted no part of it and began their tense and painful cohabitation together. After finishing the construction of their home they grow further apart with the occasional argument. Abygail, depressed that she would not get to have the life she was promised, turns her disappointment into spite and regularly gets on Percy’s case for his inability to be straight. Nomad, two years after his marriage at the age of twenty-three. Filling his pocket with countless priceless necklaces given to him as payment by Mayor Joseph he flees town and [REDACTED] (See [[Vega and the Northern Star]]). Percy arrives in Eddington as part of a work deal with Vegas in 2044. He is tasked with establishing his brand, Nomad, in Eddington. He immediately finds himself overwhelmed with the massive city, and despite receiving a stipend to live he is constantly stressed by the idea of losing his livelihood, turns to relaxing at a nearby bar named *Ophelio’s* at night to brainstorm ideas and meet other young gay men. One night while particularly lonely he is drinking and sees a young man across the bar. Taking the chance he approaches him and is surprised when he is addressed by name. The two chat, and for the first time in his life Percy feels comfortable while talking to another human. The two connect immediately, and clinging to that feeling, Percy invites him home with him. The two hook up, and while he won’t state that he is immediately in love, he does realize that he is infatuated with his new best friend, Vincent Violet. Personality: Percy is an amazing liar and actor. While not trying to do so out of malice he is well versed in how to manipulate people to his advantage and often uses his charm and looks to avoid answering difficult questions about himself. While he is not uncomfortable talking about himself out of principle, he has gotten good at it as part of his work in Vegas.  He is amicable with anyone he trusts, and bitchy to anyone he doesn’t. He is known for putting on a “queen” persona to get people to leave him alone and has often ended entire conversations by acting like an arrogant bigot. He is an expert in all art that he performs and you would be hard pressed to find someone who doesn’t take his work more seriously. (Perhaps[[Vincent Violet - Character Sheet|Vincent]]would be a good contender.) When he isn’t working he does the things he loves or spends time with the people he loves cares about such as Vincent and/or Topaz, his cat.
