The perspectives they offered while members were nevertheless helpful in shaping the final document: - Trudy Hammond - Jeri Reed - Kathy Holston - Chris Harder - Sarah Altemus-Pope ### Guests The Charter Review Committee was also aided by the occasional presence of council observers and expert guests: - Mayor Bryan Cutchen - Sara Wolk (Equal Vote) - Dan Meek (Equal Vote) ### Transparent Operation Throughout its operation, the [[Charter Review Committee Members|Charter Review Committee]] was open to any registered voter in the City of Oakridge, and all of the committee's meetings were open to the public; see "[[Charter Review Committee Operation#A Citizen Committee|A Citizen Committee]]." The Charter Review Committee operated in transparency, above reproach. There was, however, one April 2023 [[Letter to the Editor|letter to the editor]] in the *Highway 58 Herald* that mentioned the Charter Review Committee with suspicion. Its author observed the City Council's conduct. Then, though by that time the Charter Review Committee had been operating independently for over a year, the author decided, "I really don’t care to {apply} anymore." We note this here only because the letter is a matter of public record.
