#zettel sourced from: [[Pokemon Heart Gold]] # Red and his Lapras are the Final Boss of Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver Red's Lapras is this game's Cynthia's Garchomp in [[Pokemon Platinum]] or in [[Pokemon Brilliant Diamond|BDSP]]. The Lapras is the final boss since you can't rely on the hail to take it out the way you can with every other mon on Red's team. It's bulky and it hits Blizzards because of the Hail so you need a dedicated answer to it. Forretress works for this quite well, though you have to kind of whittle away at it for a while before you have a good shot at getting the knock out. The rest of Red is pretty easy sans the Snorlax, which is also a nightmare to take out, but at least you can sit in front of it and let it get worn down by hail.
