A great remake of [[Kirby's Adventure, 3D Classics|Kirby's Adventure]] for the NES, but is incredibly basic in its movement and combat when compared to [[Kirby & the Amazing Mirror]] and even [[Kirby Superstar]] before it. It's faithful to a fault, not unlike some Pokemon remakes like [[Pokemon Brilliant Diamond]] and Shining Pearl, though not nearly to that degree. The levels are still fun and short enough to feel manageable, the copy abilities are fun to use (though some more than others), and in general, the game is a great game to pick up and play for a nice to spend an afternoon.
# Playthrough Notes
- [nReplays:: 8]
- Played most recently on stream on a Sunday midmorning into the afternoon.
# My Thoughts
- The Hi Jump Section before Kracko always seems to mess me up during the boss rush
- What's the deal with that burning puzzle in Rainbow Resort that only amounts to a stupid set of 5 1ups? That stinks.
- There's a lot of puzzles in Rainbow Resort that are just kind of hard to execute properly or are made really difficult just with the respawning enemies all the damn time.
- I just have to remember that the final cannon challenge in 7-5 does not yield a button press. Itis only for five 1-ups
- I think Nightmare in Dreamland holds a special place in my heart for being a quintessential Gameboy Advance game. it just has this early 2000s vibe that I can't shake and it's such a simple game that's all fancied up for a re-release.
- From my [[Nightmare in Dreamland Anbernic Replay]], I can say that I really do not like how this game just throws fast moving, quickly respawning foes at you any time it wants to introducer a challenge.
- I have a depe appreciation for levels that do not require you to bring any copy abilities from other stages to complete the challelge
- the only exception I think it's 5-5? Wit hthe wheels on slopes and you need a hammer or UFO to break the steel blocks underwaters
- Also, why can heel break the steel blocks in this game?

# Favorite Moments / Memories
- Learning that you can cheese Nightmare by standing in a corner since none of his attacks will hit you in a certain spot, which then allowed me to realize that Nightmare has a pattern of attacks that he follows explicitly.
# What were you doing when not playing this?
- Jacob had a copy of this that was neat to me having only seen [[Kirby & the Amazing Mirror]] prior to this.
