## [Rating:: 92]
A game that consistently reminds you that you've learned and grown throughout the journey. It's got great, albeit sometimes repetitive in backtracking, gameplay that allows the player to learn at a proper pace so that, if they're able and willing, can complete some of the hardest tasks in the game. The gameplay is fair from beginning to end. And the story is really compelling as well, as I really enjoy how the game drops the player into the middle of the overarching narrative, and the player learns about all the story beats as an amnesiac would.
# Playthrough Notes
I've played through a couple different version of the game, including the DSiWare version and the original PC release. Usually I go for the true Ending, which involves going through Hell, Sacred Grounds, Bloodstained Sanctuary, etc. whatever you want to call it.
OG DSiWare Start date was around Christmas 2010, beat Ballos for the first time at the cabin, so I have to assume that was Easter 2011
