## Introduction
- **What is this feature?**
The Handover feature is an important part of our platform. designed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts. Its primary function is to ensure continuity by providing the next team with relevant, up-to-date information. This ensures that no critical details or requests are missed during the handover process.

## Getting Started
- **Initial Setup:** This feature is accessed from the left hand side of the UI, see the picture below

## Best Practices
- **Recommendations:**
1. **Add Notes:** Outgoing team members can input key information, such as pending tasks, requests from customers, or system statuses that need attention.
2. **Review Notes:** The incoming team reviews all notes before starting their shift to ensure they are aware of what requires attention.
3. **Close or Update:** Once a task or note has been addressed, the team can close or update the note, ensuring ongoing accuracy of the handover log.

## FAQs
- **Q:** What filter options are there?
**A:**
1. Firstly, we can filter in the Handover by customer or by time.
Filtering by time will show the most recent handover note at the top.
Filtering by customer will show us each customer's handover notes consecutively.
Customer #1 Notes afterwards #2, etc.
2. Showing the customer's notes #25 (for example) may take time using customer filtering. So we can filter to only show specific customer notes by choosing the requested tenant in the right top corner
- **Q:** Where to find old Handover notes
**A:** Deleted notes can be found in Handover>Archive section
