_Tibbits, affectionately known as “Yaxche’ek” (Tree-dwellers) in their own tongue, are diminutive, humanoid beings blessed with the mystical ability to transform into majestic jungle felines akin to ocelots and jaguars. They are descendants of sacred felines once revered by ancient civilizations, believed to be touched by the divine essence of their feline deities. The potent magic that once linked familiars with their arcane masters gradually suffused through the feline lineage, bestowing sentience and magical prowess upon them._
_With faces that bear the noble features of their wild ancestors and lithe bodies reminiscent of agile youths, Tibbits possess a unique charm. Their fur-patterned skin and cat-like eyes often gleam with a knowing wisdom._
_The origins of Tibbits are shrouded in mystery, with tales varying from natural evolution to celestial blessings or an arcane awakening within their bloodline. Though never numerous, Tibbits have flourished within the Sovereignty of Tepetl, where they have established a society rich in culture and history. The heart of their civilization lies in Xochitlán, far from the fragmented tales of their kind scattered across distant lands. Here, amidst the grandeur of step-pyramids and lush jungles, the Tibbits have carved out a legacy that harmonizes the echoes of their ancient past with the vibrant pulse of Renaissance innovation._
