She communicates with the *Hollow Choir*, a cabal of silent voices that murmur from beneath the veil, telling her of deaths yet to occur. She knows too much, and forgets nothing. Her motivation? Balance. She believes the Scarlet Eye is a dissonant note in the world’s dying song—a wrongness that must be silenced. Not destroyed. Not wielded. Muted. Arilys will do whatever it takes to ensure that silence reigns at the end. For in silence, there is peace. In peace... extinction. Arilys will not say anything, but if they players get closer to her, she will gesture with a single hand for the adventurers to interact with the bowl of water in the middle. It is the Shadowfont, a reliquary that will allow them to functionally use the spell [[PF2 Character Building/Spells/Scrying|Scrying]] or ritual [[Collective Memories]], once per day.
