At a basic level, experiential feedback is sharing your experience of someone or something with another person.
My current favorite model of feedback comes from [[Embracing Confusion - Jeff Hunter]]
- (Re) stating what "good" looks like here: what were my [[Expectations]]?
- Sharing my experience of the situation, asking for theirs
- Looking together at the difference between my [[Expectations]] and our shared experience
- Get to agreement that this is a bad outcome
- Figure out why this happened. What we can do better next time?
