# Zendesk chatbot
[[Zendesk]] has a [[Chat Bots]] system. We use it at [[The Tree Center]] but we recently disabled most of its functionality, and I want to reactivate it.

A chatbot cat:
- Work alongside a knowledge base
- In our case, this could be answering questions about plants, answering availability (but how do we integrate this information into the chatbot itself)
- Deliver personalized responses
- Help customers complete tasks
This could be an interesting thought, can we integrate [[Chat Bots]] like functionality into CLIs, for example to provide some guidance around help? Or for searching inside a knowledge base easier (especially for external people)?
