*Trisamaya Incantatory Rites for Acalanātha, the Wrathful King and Messenger*
Translated by Amoghavajra (Bukong 不空; 705–774).
A basic text in Japan for rites associated with Acalanātha. The title suggests a connection with the *Trisamaya(vyūha)rāja-tantra* (Q. 134, D. 502), but they are not directly related, although some of the mantras are found in Kumudākaramati’s *Trisamayarāja-sādhana* in the *Sādhanamālā* (SM 1: 1–14). Several passages have been translated by Goble (2013: 16–17; 2019: 120–122), and Strickmann (2002: 234–235) discusses and partially translates some of the ritual procedures (21.12a5–b3). For the mantras, reference can also be made to SKD, Mikkyō-bu 4: 437–447.
