佛母般若波羅蜜多大明觀想儀軌
*Ritual Procedures for Visualization of the Great Vidyā of Prajñāpāramitā, Mother of the Buddhas*
Translated by Dānapāla (Shihu 施護; d.u.) in 1006.
This text first gives the “great vidyā” of the bodhisattva Prajñāpāramitā, followed by a description of the bodhisattva, and then describes how to visualize three syllables on three places on the body and how to visualize the syllables of the vidyā on an eight-petalled lotus. These visualization procedures are identical to the *mantranyāsa* described in the *Kanakavarṇaprajñāpāramitā-sādhana* in the *Sādhanamālā* (SM, 1: 318.2ff.). This text is briefly discussed in McBride 2019: 142–143.
