It was comprised of today's [[Lithuania]], [[Latvia]], [[Estonia]], [[Georgia]], [[Ukraine]], [[Belarus]], [[Moldova]],[[Kyrgyzstan]], [[Uzbekistan]], [[Tajikistan]], [[Armenia]], [[Azerbaijan]], [[Turkmenistan]], [[Russia]], [[Kazakhstan]] and [[Commonwealth of Independent States]].
