Located in: [[Austria]]. [[Niederösterreich|Lower Austria]] is one of the nine states of [[Austria]], located in the north-eastern corner of the country. Situated east of [[Oberösterreich|Upper Austria]], [[Niederösterreich|Lower Austria]] is the country's largest state. It has an international border with the [[Czechia|Czech Republic]] and [[Slovakia]]. It also borders the other Austrian states of [[Oberösterreich|Upper Austria]], [[Steiermark|Styria]] and [[Burgenland]] as well as surrounding [[Wien|Vienna]].
