# Spaced repetition %% Add a description below this line. It doesn't need to be long: one or two sentences should be a good start. %% Spaced repetition is a learning technique which utilizes flashcards to enhance long-term memorization. Content is reviewed in multiple sessions in which you rate the presented information on a scale of "easy to remember" to "I did not know the answer at all". Depending on the degree of your confidence, cards will either be revisited very soon or only after a few days or even weeks. The duration between reviews gets stretched and adjusted based on your rate of learning until all information can be recalled with ease. One often mentioned is [[Anki]], an open-source project for creating and revisiting digital decks of flashcards. There are several community-created [[Spaced Repetition Plugins|Spaced Repetition plugins]], some of which implement this method right inside Obsidian, while others offer integretations with [[Anki]] and [Mochi Cards](https://mochi.cards/). %% Hub footer: Please don't edit anything below this line %% # This note in GitHub [Edit In GitHub](https://github.dev/obsidian-community/obsidian-hub/blob/main/05%20-%20Concepts/Spaced%20repetition.md "git-hub-edit-note") | [Copy this note](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/obsidian-community/obsidian-hub/main/05%20-%20Concepts/Spaced%20repetition.md "git-hub-copy-note") | [Download this vault](https://github.com/obsidian-community/obsidian-hub/archive/refs/heads/main.zip "git-hub-download-vault")
