# Obsidian Publish account Publication of the Obsidian documents to the wiki site happens via Obsidian Publish. - The Hackerspace has a [single Obsidian account](https://obsidian.md/account/publish) which is the master account for Publish, accessed with our registered email address: [email protected]. - Credentials for that admin access are in the vault. - We pay an annual subscription for Publish - payment details are in the same vault record. - The admin account is there just for that purpose -- individuals publish changes from their own (non-admin) accounts. - Non-admin contributors are registered for publication by a member logging into the admin account and sending an invitation to the contributor. - The contributor must be registered with an Obsidian account (these are free.) The images below are the settings used as the site was initially created.
