# Pricing and Coverage Session Details: - Direct OT: Comprehensive evaluation session: $425; Follow-up sessions: $135 for 50 minutes - Educational consultations: all sessions $135 for 50 minutes (no evaluation required) - All sesstions, billing and documentation are managed through the Simple Practice healthcare portal I am in-network with select Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Illinois PPO plans. If you are BCBS Illinois member, please check with your specific plan to confirm your coverage details. For other insurance providers, I am considered out-of-network. Please note that BCBS typically does not reimburse for the level of care involved in my new patient evaluations, and they generally do not cover telehealth evaluations. As a result, all new patient evaluations are billed directly to the patient. I also bring extensive experience in treating hypermobility disorders, dysautonomia, pain syndromes, and other complex, overlapping conditions. **Telehealth Services:** All occupational therapy services are conducted via telehealth, enabling me to work with many patients who are homebound or bedbound- or located a distance from my clinic. For clients located in states where I’m licensed (CA, TX, UT, MN, and IL), I offer comprehensive evaluations and personalized care plans. For those outside these states or countries where I’m not licensed, I provide educational consultations focused on pacing and symptom management.
