The process of building player characters is largely managed by dragging and dropping the various parts of a character: types, descriptors, foci, ancestries, and flavors. It is advised that you apply these in the following order:
* Flavor
* Type
* Descriptor / Ancestry
* Focus
### Flavor
Adding a flavor to a character won't immediately do anything, but doing this before adding the Type will set up things so that when you do add a Type it will prompt you to select from your Flavor as well as your Type.

### Type
Adding a Type to a character will cause a pop-up window to appear that prompts the player to apply the Type's floating stats, select any Edge options, as well as select a certain number of tier 1 abilities from the Type. If a Flavor has been applied to a character at this point, then the list of abilities to select from will also include all tier 1 abilities from the Flavor.

### Descriptor / Ancestry
Descriptors and Ancestries are functionality identical, and only separate for organizational purposes. Adding either of these will apply all of the Features that the Descriptor/Ancestry has.

### Focus
Adding a Focus to a character will give the character all of the tier 1 abilities that the Focus has in its Ability list
