The FACstamp project helps support trustable, non duplicitous human communication via digital content. With the accelerating use of the Internet and AI generated content, the ability to discern accurate information delivered with virtuous intention has become difficult, time consuming, and an increasingly insurmountable challenge. A true and functioning democracy requires the electorate to be accurately informed with minimal biases and duplicitous reason and rhetoric. It has become to easy and common to be bamboozled by fake content. The electorate needs multiple sources of accurate and unbiased content delivered in virtuous and caring manner, supporting the growth in discernment and kindness regardless of the wisdom path of choice. FACstamp is a project aimed at addressing these basic difficulties. As such, a primary goal of FACstamp is to positively affect 1-10 million voters within one year of the general availability of a minimal viable product (MVP). [[03 What is 'consciousness'?|increasing consciousness]], a democracy is stabilized against misinformation, civic decay, and the loss of virtue in both the electorate and elected officials. A key aspect of FACstamp concerns the [[Express Warranty of Fitness-For-Use]] that is managed by the various FACstamp license and usage agreements. When digital content is stamped with a FACstamp, consumers have access to the [[Express Warranty of Fitness-For-Use]]. As anonymous users they can participate in the warranty claims as observers, but when they participate as a FACstamp consumer, they themselves can file warranty claims against FACstamp'ed content.
