It was a "Candlelight Concert", and I estimated the performance space had about 800 candles "lit" (electric, not real flame). Beautiful performance of seasonal music, heavy on Tchaikovsky. This is how I am dipping my toe into [Obsidian Publish](https://publish.obsidian.md) by adding at least 3 notes per week from my library of 6800+ notes. --- ## 🎲 [[20220407.0137 data standards|Main Data Standards in Healthcare]] (2020) This is from a blog. I saw a more recent, somewhat more detailed, list of #HIT #standards recently from [[Jerry Osheroff]]. Maybe I'll bring that list into my notes. Note my commentary at the bottom, that an interoperable standard for 2-way communication between the patient and the EHR is lacking. Is that still true? It is needed. One of my goals for 2024 is to get #ASAM standards integrated into #USCDI, #LOINC, and maybe #SNOMED. The ASAM Criteria is an evidence-based standard for determining addiction treatment needs, used by nearly half the states in USA... yet the terminology is not baked into the standard ontologies of healthcare. To improve interoperability, let's get these standards defined so that we can more easily communicate the needs of people with substance use disorders.
