As I write this each Sunday morning, I look through iPhone 📸`photos` I took in the past week and post one of those, while also listening to the ♫`music` playlist issued every Sunday morning by the nonprofit collective, [MailTape](https://mailta.pe). ## 📸 "Not Fall" ![[IMG_6736.jpg|256]] #leaf #photo We've had almost no rain in Baltimore for at least 3 weeks straight, and some of the maple trees look stressed. This leaf's tree was missing its top leaves and sporting fall colors. (I would have posted the photo, "Sewer, rat", but Dinah reacted quite unfavorably.) --- ## ![[Open random note.png]] These are literally random notes from the vault. Note that all my dates follow the convention `YYYYMMDD`and for just the month it is `YYYYMM`. ### 🎲 [[Quartet]] (20160605) This note is 7 years old, from my M3 days. I recall noting that substance use disorders were not included in their categories, but this note is from 2016, when [Quartet](https://www.quartethealth.com/about-us/) was just getting rolling. ### 🎲 [[JAMA2020.Matheny.AI in Healthcare.Viewpoint.NAM Report]] (20210606) Viewpoint piece from authors of a National Academy of Medicine publication addressing pro/con aspects of the use (and misuse) of artificial intelligence in healthcare. Issues addressed include #best-practices , legal, regulations, equity, privacy, transparency, explainability, trust, and safety. ### 🎲 [[q-19890313]] re solar Carrington event in 1989 This was a very short note from back in my last year of med school in one of my notebooks. On this date, a powerful solar flare knocked out the electric grid on an eastern chunk of Canada. Despite the stasis, La Loma's music selection is activating, with clear Afrobeat and Cuban influences.
