Weightless and nonmetallic, it is considered a +2 enchanted weapon for purposes of determining what it can hit and strikes at THACO 6, regardless of the caster’s normal combat abilities. An ice blade can pass through (be swept across) parrying weapons and obstacles such as trees without being stopped by them. Its touch lacerates for 3d4 points of damage and chills for an additional 1d6 points of damage. The material component is a shard of ice, glass, or crystal.
