This is a list of resources and suggestions on people management. I've divided the topic into categories that seemed sensible to me, but I'm aware it's just one of many ways to organize things.
One particular alternative that I like is provided in the took [[The Leader Lab]], where the authors distinguish between small management-related behaviors and more complex ones. This approach seems particularly helpful for deliberate practice of management skills.
