# Thread Composer
November 8, 2024: Bluesky [just announced](https://bsky.app/profile/bsky.app/post/3lahjxmqajk2p) that the new App Version 1.93 release includes the Thread Composer.

I just tried this out by writing a first test post:

*(Later Edit: ARGH, just noticed my typo "compost" instead of "compose" - ah well)*
Then instead of choosing POST in the top right corner, I hit the Plus sign in the bottom navigation bar. Result: The first post still shows, but in grey instead of black:

Instead of selecting "POST ALL" in the top right, I decided to add a third post in the thread by pressing the plus sign again.
After preparing the third post in the thread, I selected "POST ALL" and the entire thread posted at once. You can see what [it looks like on my Bluesky account](https://bsky.app/profile/debbieohi.com/post/3lahwl2rbl22r), but here is a screenshot as well:

Yay! It worked the way I hoped it would.
Previously, when I had a multi-post thread, I'd have to post one at a time but also have to make it clear that the first post continued in a second post. Then in the second post, because I was worried about people coming across it out of context, I'd put something like "2/" and the beginning, etc.
## However...
Keep in mind that people may share a post in the middle of a thread, which may be confusing for those encountering the post out of context. However, the mid-thread post will make it clear that it's a reply to yourself, which should encourage people to click back to the original thread. Thanks to [Marcus Kruger](https://bsky.app/profile/trustedsystem.bsky.social) for helping me test this out!
## What about the "Experimental Threaded Mode" in Settings?
Over in [[b. Settings|settings]], I advised people to turn on the experimental Threaded Mode. I just tried turning this off but happily, my test thread above STILL looks threaded.
Hurray! Bluesky just keeps getting better and better. 💙
