The flag of American Samoa consists of a *dark blue* [[Flag Elements#^28ad0a|field]] on which is a *red*-edged *white* triangle pointing to the hoist side. On the fly side of the triangle is a *bald eagle* holding a *uatogi* - a war club - and a *fue* - a fly whisk.
