# The Logo
The CtG logo is not just a simple combination of the letters "C" and "G". It's not just the internationally known power symbol for computers. Here it represents the power of metaphor in coaching and the potential of the G.I.S.T. mindset we need to cultivate to make it through transition points. The colors red, green, typically associated with stopping and going, take on new meaning as symbols of transformation through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Through coaching we seek to empowering individuals with knowledge and support, we can break down barriers and create a more diverse and inclusive future for all. Let the CtG logo serve as a beacon of hope for those who aspire to careers in the organizational workforce; creating a culture that creates an experience where "all employees feel their voices will be heard" and a sense of belonging and integration because with coaching and G.I.S.T., anything is possible!
# The Gift
Natural talent is a gift that comes from within us. It's the ability to do something effortlessly and naturally without much thought or practice. This gift is often associated with intuition, which is our gut feeling or sense of knowing that can't be explained by reason or evidence. Intuition can help us be creative, innovative and solve problems, but we need to balance it with rational analysis and critical thinking.
# Self-Talk
Self-talk is the way we talk to ourselves in our minds, whether it's positive or negative. Positive self-talk can motivate us and improve our confidence, while negative self-talk can lead to anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. It's important to cultivate positive self-talk habits that can improve our mental health and well-being, and shape our perceptions and attitudes towards our work. As explorers, we need to recognize the role of intuition in the creative process, but also rely on empirical evidence and logical reasoning to support scientific conclusions.
# Intuitive Self-Talk
Intuitive Self-Talk is a multifaceted phenomenon that cannot be unequivocally labeled as positive or negative, as it can encompass both polarities. It entails a self-directed cognitive process that draws upon objective data and situational awareness to engage in an introspective dialogue. This internal communication serves to evaluate external stimuli and internal fluctuations that impact our emotional state. Intuitive Self-Talk facilitates the extraction of a general impression or intuition regarding the most appropriate course of action to undertake in response to arising circumstances.
