It'll probably cause a killer headache as well because the ## Routes Nitroglycerine can be given IV, topically (as a paste or a patch) and sublingually. ## Contraindications Hold for systolic <100 ## Nursing Considerations BP will drop, so closely monitor vitals and inform patient they may feel dizzy.
