## Map (at the top of the page)
The first part of a Property Report is the map, at the top of the webpage. On this map you can draw a Personal Place, zoom in, zoom out, switch to satellite view, switch to a detailed map view, and show historical aerial maps photographed by planes flying over Cook County.

### What else the map can do
- There are also map tools, available after selecting the button "Map tools & info + street view".
- Select the "Historic imagery" button to show the most recent aerial photo map. Use the layer selector on the right side to choose a different year.
- Enlarge the map to make it taller.
- Select the "Show properties layer" button to show all of the parcel boundaries in the view (this works only in the counties where we have property data coverage).
- The "Show zoning" button will cause the latest version of the Chicago zoning map to appear.
## Table of Contents
This section describes each of the options in Property Report's table of contents, which hints at and a provides a shortcut to all of the information present in Property Report.
Tip: The table of contents can be searched which is powered by hundreds of hidden keywords. Search for a term and the relevant table of contents' items will be shown. Select the link to jump to that section of Property Report.

Find Chicago building permits at and around the given property, both issued and pending. This section also has building footprints and 311 reports, which includes reports about suspected vacant buildings.
#### Building footprints
Building footprints can be used like parcels: select a building footprint and a Property Report will be opened assuming the building footprint as the boundary for the report. The report will assess the zoning as well as highlight each of the overlapping PINs (so that they can be turned into a Super Parcel).
1. Select the "Building footprints" tab. (See screenshot below.)
2. Select the "Load building footprints" button.
3. Building footprints near the Property Report location, within one block by default, will appear on the map, and data about those footprints will appear in the data table.
4. Use the filters on the right side of the map to change which building footprints will appear.
5. Use the "Download the data" section below the data table to export the data.
