# 100m Leads Playbook
We want to scale sales. That means understanding what we need ([[Engaged Leads]]), how to get them ([[Lead Magnets (Bar Snacks)]]), where to get them ([[The Core Four]]) and how to scale them ([[More Better New]]), and then how to compound our efforts by getting others to do the same ([[The Four Lead Getters]]).
We make this happen with discipline: [[ The Rule of 100]] and [[Open to Goal]]
And we turn this into a daily practice by filling out the [[The Five Step One-page Advertising Plan]].
## Playbook:
1. Understand what you’re after: [[Engaged Leads]], not just leads.
2. Create Engaged Leads with [[Lead Magnets (Bar Snacks)]] based on [[The Value Equation]]
3. Start Selling by Telling.
There are only 4 ways we can let people know about the stuff we sell: 1:1 or 1:N (many), and to people we know or people we don't. We call this [[The Core Four]]:
1. [[Warm Outreach]]: 1:1 conversations with people who know us. We ask these people *if they know anyone*.
2. [[Posting Free Content]]: 1:N conversations with people who know us. We *[[Hook, Retain, Reward]]*, and *keep giving until someone asks*.
3. [[Cold Outreach]]:Â 1:1 conversations with people who don't know us. We *create lists, personalise them, and deliver big fast value and then rinse repeat to create volume.*
4. [[Paid Ads]]: 1:N conversations with people who don't know us. We *target, create clear CTAS, and get clients to finance our acquisitions*
4. Once we have Core Four working, we scale: [[More Better New]]
1. Figure out what keeps us from doing what we're currently doing at ten times the volume. Then solve that problem.
2. Find the constraint in our advertising. Then test until it frees the constraint. Then keep scaling until it gets constrained again.
5. Once we've scaled our efforts, we scale again with [[The Four Lead Getters]]: Customers, Employees, Agencies, and Affiliates
1. [[Customer Referrals]]: Get your customers to attract other customers
2. [[Employee Advertising (Sales Team)]]: Build a Sales Team that can automate the Core Four
3. [[Agency Masterclass]]: Get an agency to teach you new skills *(Hire two, one for the inspiration, one for the perspiration)*
